Web application’s interface is divided into two parts and each of them has its own function. First part is responsible for initial verification and uploading files on to the web-application. The left hand side of the window contains three uploading buttons, input boxes for a latitude and longitude, input box for a tree specie, start button. The latter becomes available when the needed for model’s work data will be uploaded. The application works with two parameter files.

Par is a standard file format that is used in vs-oscilloscope. Parn is a new file format designed specially for that application. Four columns are realised in it. Value column is for a value of the parameter. Min column is for a minimum value of the parameter. Max column is for a maximum value of the parameter. Name column is for a name of the parameter. If application uses parn file, minimum and maximum values will be searched in file or used standard parameter bounds.

Climatic files are loaded on the server at once. To do this, select all climatic files in Download dialog box (e.g. by the ctrl+a shortcut key) and upload them. Uploading crn file is not necessary but in that case correlation coefficient and synchronicity will not be counted and the real growth rate will not be showed.
